Prior approval is required for alcohol consumption on the premises; liquor permission is mandatory.

Food

While Telangana Araku doesn’t feature an in-house restaurant, we’re happy to arrange a third-party chef or catering service upon request for your convenience.
Guests opting to use the kitchen with their own caterers are required to ensure the kitchen is thoroughly cleaned after use.

Cleaning charges applicable

Alternatively, you can have your team take full responsibility for ensuring the kitchen is properly cleaned.

Water

Telangana Araku offers RO-purified drinking water exclusively, available via water bubbles and RO-cooled cans.

Note: Only RO water is provided on-site. Any requests for other types of water will be subject to additional charges.

Decoration

While Telangana Araku doesn’t offer in-house decoration services, we can assist in arranging trusted third-party decorators upon request.

If you choose to engage external decorators, it is essential to ensure all decoration waste is properly cleaned up after the event.

Alternatively, you can have your team take full responsibility for ensuring everything is properly cleaned.

Helpers & Staff

Telangana Araku does not offer personnel for seating setups, food or beverage service, room service, or any event-related assistance.
Guests are encouraged to arrange third-party staff as per their event or service requirements
Worker charges will depend on the required duration—options include 4, 8, 12, or 24-hour shifts.

Hygiene & Maintenance

To ensure everything meets your expectations, we kindly request a group representative to arrive at least two hours prior to check-in to review the cleanliness and readiness of the rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms.”

Usage of commercial LPG cylinders is subject to additional payment, calculated per usage.
Generator support is provided during power cuts, and guests are charged solely for diesel consumption.
Charcoal and air coolers can be arranged upon request via third-party vendors, with applicable charges.

Grocery and Essentials Availability

Telangana Araku does not currently have an on-site kirana or general store. However, essential items can be sourced within a 3–5 km radius, while larger grocery needs are available around 20 km away. Our team is happy to assist with procurement as needed. The nearest wine shop is situated approximately 10 km from the property.

Mobile Network & Internet Access

Mobile network coverage at Telangana Araku is limited and accessible only in select areas. To support connectivity, we offer SIM-based Wi-Fi with limited speed at three designated zones for guest use.
